Location: Online sessions via video conferencing, providing the flexibility for you to join from anywhere, or check-ins via text for quick support.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a scheduled check-in, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to allow for rescheduling.
Scheduled Check-ins Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a scheduled check-in. This helps me adjust my schedule effectively.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled check-in will incur a $10 fee.
No-Show Policy: If you miss a check-in without prior notice, a $15 fee will be charged.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your check-in, just let me know with the required notice, and we can find a new time that works for you!
Check-ins and Support: You’ll receive weekly check-ins to track your progress, with at least one virtual session every two weeks. If there are new movements to review or changes in your programming, we can connect virtually, while ongoing text support is available for any questions you may have in between sessions.
