You’ll start by booking a FREE 20-25 minute virtual consultation with me. We will talk about your goals, address any questions, and map out how I can best support you and help you reach your goals.
All clients begin with a consultation before signing up for training or nutrition services.

I offer a variety of options depending on your goals and how you like to train:
In-person personal training (1x, 2x, or 3x weekly)
Online programming delivered in 4-week structured training plans
Macro-based nutrition coaching (monthly)
Private group workouts — bachelorette groups, birthdays, girls' trips, vacation groups, corporate wellness, and more
Community pop-up workouts hosted locally throughout the year

My macro-based nutrition coaching offers a flexible, customized approach to reach your goals by balancing proteins, carbs, and fats—without restrictive meal plans. In North Carolina, only licensed dietitians can provide meal-by-meal plans, so instead, I’ll guide you in making sustainable food choices that fit your lifestyle. You’ll receive personalized macro targets, ongoing support, and resources to empower you in reaching your goals with confidence and freedom in your food choices.

Yes — both.
In-person training is offered at my studio or Rising Tide, and I can travel to your home or apartment gym for an additional rate.
Online programming provides structured, personalized 4-week training plans with support provided through my app.
Nutrition coaching is fully online and can be paired with training or done on its own.
Both in-person and online options are individualized based on your goals and fitness level.

Training sessions require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancels and no-shows are forfeited. All monthly services — in-person training, online programming, and nutrition coaching — require 30 days’ written email notice to cancel.

Most clients feel stronger, more confident, and more energized within the first 2–4 weeks. More visible body composition changes typically happen around 6–12+ weeks with consistent training, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
