A simplified, supportive option for clients who want structure and accountability without intensive weekly strategy sessions. You’ll still receive detailed macro targets, weekly food log reviews, and goal-based habits — just with lighter feedback and simpler adjustments week to week.
What’s Included:
Personalized daily calorie and macro targets based on your goals and lifestyle
Weekly review of your food log (tracking method depends on your preferences, food background, and goals)
Weekly 1:1 virtual check-ins (20–30 minutes) or in-person if also training with me
Messaging access between check-ins for accountability and questions
2–3 weekly goals focused on foundational habits like hydration, protein, planning, or portions
Education and feedback to help you improve consistency and confidence with food
Full Nutrition Coaching
A more advanced, strategy-driven option for clients ready for deeper insight, behavior coaching, and targeted adjustments. This level includes everything in Basic, plus an emphasis on pattern recognition, mindset, and overcoming plateaus with tailored strategy and feedback.
What’s Included:
Personalized daily macro + micro targets and calorie goals, updated as progress evolves
Weekly food log reviews with detailed analysis and actionable feedback
Weekly 1:1 strategy sessions (virtual or in-person if also training with me)
Ongoing messaging support for deeper discussion and accountability between check-ins
Guidance on nutrient timing, meal composition, and sustainable structure for your goals
Habit and mindset coaching around food behaviors, emotional eating, and consistency
How It Works:
All nutrition coaching begins with a two-month starter phase to establish your foundation.
After that, coaching continues on a month-to-month subscription with a 30-day written cancellation notice.
All clients receive macro targets and weekly food log reviews. The tracking method is customized — from detailed app logs to mindful tracking or written notes — based on your goals and relationship with food.
Clients who also do online programming may access the LWK app for integrated tracking.

Refer & Earn with LWK!
Strong clients bring strong friends — and that deserves a reward.
When you refer someone who signs up for any LWK coaching service, you both get rewarded for putting in the work and growing the crew.
How It Works:
When your referral books a consultation or joins any LWK coaching service, they’ll list your name on their consult form.
Once they officially sign up, you’ll earn 20% off your next month of coaching or one free in-person session (local clients only).
Your referral also receives 20% off their first month of coaching.
One reward per referral — but no limit to how many friends you can refer.
Referral rewards apply to active subscriptions and cannot be combined with pay-in-full discounts, hybrid packages, or limited-time promotions.
