A Little About Me

Hey, I’m Kristin—the trainer, coach, and real human behind Liftin’ with Kristin. I’m a former college soccer player turned strength coach who believes that lifting heavy, fueling your body, and finding your fire again can change your life. It sure did for me.

After college, I drifted into the "do all the cardio, eat as little as possible" cycle trying to stay fit, but never actually feeling strong. It wasn’t until I picked up weights again that everything clicked—mentally and physically. Lifting gave me back that confidence, energy, and edge I’d been missing. Now, I help others experience and live that too.

What It’s Like to Train with Me

I coach with intention, not just to make you sweat. I’ll challenge you in ways that make sense for your body and goals, with plenty of support along the way.

I’m here to help you build muscle, move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent—not burn out. You’ll always know why we’re doing what we’re doing, and I’ll never hand you a cookie-cutter plan and call it “custom.”

Every program is tailored to your lifestyle, schedule, and feedback. If something’s off, we adjust. If you’re leveling up, we build on it. If life gets hectic, we pivot—no guilt. You’ll feel seen, supported, and strong.

More Than Just Fitness

Outside the gym, I play in weekly soccer leagues because I still love competing and moving like an athlete. I’ve got two huskies who basically act as cardio coaches, and I’m a big fan of long walks, strong coffee, beach days, and a well-made marg.

When I’m not training or coaching, I’m learning—whether it’s technique tweaks, better programming tools, or new ways to support my clients. I’m always building, refining, and evolving what I do behind the scenes so LWK stays sharp and your results stay front and center.

What I Want You to Know

You don’t need to start over or be in perfect shape. You just need to start. My coaching isn’t about restriction or punishment—it’s about building strength, confidence, and a version of fitness that fits your life.

I’ll hold you accountable, cheer your wins, and help you stay consistent—especially on the days when motivation’s not showing up. This is about more than workouts—it’s about showing up for yourself.
