My Certifications & Credentials

  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) Badge

    NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) is one of the most trusted and respected certifying bodies in the fitness industry. This certification taught me how to assess movement patterns, design safe and effective strength programs, and coach clients through proper form and technique. It’s rooted in science and function, which means everything I program is designed to help you build strength, prevent injury, and move with confidence—whether you’re brand new or experienced in the gym.

  • NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) Badge

    NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC)

Also through NASM, this certification focuses on real-world nutrition strategies that support long-term results. I learned how to coach clients through sustainable changes, build balanced meals around their goals, and understand the behavioral side of eating—not just macros. Whether you're working toward fat loss, muscle gain, or just feeling better day to day, this helps me support your nutrition in a way that works with your life—not against it.

  • Mind Pump Coaching Approved Provider

    Mind Pump Coaching Certified

This certification was developed by the team behind Mind Pump, one of the most well-known and respected fitness education platforms. It focuses on practical, experience-based coaching that helps clients see real results without falling into the trap of crash diets or extreme workouts. I use what I’ve learned to help clients stay consistent, break through plateaus, and actually enjoy the process—so they don’t just see progress but keep it long term.

  • NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (In Progress)

I’m currently studying for this advanced certification, which focuses on identifying movement dysfunction and helping people improve mobility, stability, and overall performance. It’s designed to help coaches fine-tune workouts for clients with tightness, discomfort, or previous injuries—so they can train smarter, move better, and feel stronger doing it. I expect to complete this by late summer 2025.
