Basic Nutrition Coaching is a simplified, supportive plan for clients who want structure and accountability without a deep-dive every week. You’ll still get a customized intake plan specific to your goals, weekly virtual check-ins, and messaging access during business hours—but without the full log reviews or intensive strategy updates.

This option works well if you’re newer to macros and want a manageable starting point—or if you’re already tracking/tracked before and just need coaching to stay consistent, be more accountable, or need more direction to dial in for your goals.

You’ll receive calorie and macro ranges with a focus on weekly goal setting to build better habits around food, planning, and portioning—without needing detailed food feedback or in-depth strategy changes week to week.

What’s Included:

  • Weekly calorie goal and macro ranges (protein target, carb/fat ranges)

  • Weekly 1:1 Virtual Check-ins (20–30 minutes) or in-person if training with me 1:1 in-person as well

  • Messaging access between check-ins for questions, celebrating wins, resources, or accountability

  • 3+ simple weekly goals customized to your needs (e.g., water intake, hitting protein, prepping lunches. etc.)

Who It’s For:

This option is ideal for anyone who wants guidance without a heavy time or tracking commitment. It works especially well for clients who are already tracking independently, or those just getting started who want a more gradual approach.

Billing Info:

Basic Nutrition Coaching also requires a two-month minimum commitment. Your card will be charged $125 at sign-up, and again automatically one month later. After the initial two months, you can continue on a month-to-month basis or cancel.

  • Location: Online sessions via video conferencing, making it convenient for you to participate from anywhere.

    Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a scheduled check-in, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to allow for rescheduling.

    Scheduled Check-ins Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

    ·        Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a scheduled check-in. This allows me to adjust my schedule effectively.

    ·        Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled check-in will incur a $10 fee.

    ·        No-Show Policy: If you miss a check-in without prior notice, a $15 fee will be charged.

    ·        Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your check-in, just let me know with the required notice, and we can find a new time that works for you!
