Whether you’re newer to macros or already familiar with tracking, this plan gives you the tools, support, and structure to make long-term progress with confidence and clarity.

You’ll get a personalized macro plan, weekly strategy adjustments based on your food log, suggested meal and snack ideas, and deeper coaching around your habits, mindset, and nutrition routines. We'll dig into what’s working, what’s not, and what’s keeping you stuck so we can break through plateaus and build momentum week after week.

While meal plans aren’t provided, you’ll receive detailed food suggestions and guidance tailored to your preferences, schedule, and goals. If needed, we’ll also address patterns around food behaviors—like emotional eating, stress snacking, scale anxiety, or mindset blocks around carbs or consistency.

  • Personalized macro targets (protein, carbs, fats) tailored to your metabolism, goals, and lifestyle

  • Weekly 1:1 Virtual Check-ins (20–30 minutes) or (in-person if training 1:1 as well) to review progress and adjust strategy

  • Ongoing messaging access for questions and support between check-ins

  • Weekly review of food logs with detailed, practical feedback

  • Meal and snack suggestions (within your preferences and routine—no meal plans)

  • Deeper coaching support around food habits, beliefs, and mindset when needed

  • Location: Online sessions via video conferencing, making it convenient for you to participate from anywhere.

    Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a scheduled check-in, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to allow for rescheduling.

    Scheduled Check-ins Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

    ·        Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a scheduled check-in. This allows me to adjust my schedule effectively.

    ·        Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled check-in will incur a $10 fee.

    ·        No-Show Policy: If you miss a check-in without prior notice, a $15 fee will be charged.

    ·        Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your check-in, just let me know with the required notice, and we can find a new time that works for you!
