  • Sessions expire 3 months from date of purchase unless otherwise discussed with LWK. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or at the discretion of LWK.

  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be forfeited. If I need to cancel for any reason, you will receive an additional session at no extra cost. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or at the discretion of LWK.
